PURPOSE
This non-profit Registry was created in 1991 to collect data on the
first generation of Firebirds: 1967 - 1969.
To establish and maintain an Owner Database and Information
Database for research and reference.
Our goal is to organize this information into a useful database for
all Firebird owners and enthusiasts.

HOW TO REGISTER YOUR FIREBIRD: Registry Form
RESEARCH
One function of the Registry is to develop various research
projects to better understand the 1st Gen Firebird.
None of this would be possible without the support and
contributions of many Firebird enthusiasts who share
not only the details from their own car but also the years of
experience; from those who built the original Firebirds,
to those who have restored them. Whether it's a fragment of a
Broadcast Sheet or first-hand knowledge of how
the car was originally assembled, all of this information is
investigated, evaluated, organized and documented.
The following projects represent the significant part of the
research we are involved with:
Owner Database ~ Ram Air Index ~ Broadcast
Copy Decoding ~ Documentation
Identification Numbers ~ Trim Tag Decoding ~
Production Totals ~ Options
Part
Identification ~ Date Codes ~
Production Identification Marks
Restoration ~ Part Changes
~ Production Trends ~ Assembly Process
